Training Programs

RSSP offer a number of different programs, specific to every athletes individual or team needs in order to develop their ability to perform.

1. Training For Performance

  • OFF-Season & PRE-Season - Develop.
  • IN-Season - Maintain.
  • Speed - Acceleration, Max Velocity.
  • Agility - Deceleration, Change of Direction.
  • Strength - Push, Pull, Squat.
  • Power - Plyometric, Ballistic.
  • Recovery - Cryotherapy, Myofascial.
  • Injury Reduction - Mobility, Prehab.

2. Return to Sport/Performance Rehabilitation

  • Available for after injury diagnosis and initial injury rehabilitation.
  • RTS = Returned to desired sport but not yet back to the standard prior to injury.
  • RTP = Returned to level of performance prior to injury.

3. Enhanced Injury Reduction

  • Improved ability to transfer energy through joints and minimise energy leaks.
  • Prehab.
  • Mobility.
  • Force Absorption.
  • Strengthening.
