Training Programs
RSSP offer a number of different programs, specific to every athletes individual or team needs in order to develop their ability to perform.
1. Training For Performance
- OFF-Season & PRE-Season - Develop.
- IN-Season - Maintain.
- Speed - Acceleration, Max Velocity.
- Agility - Deceleration, Change of Direction.
- Strength - Push, Pull, Squat.
- Power - Plyometric, Ballistic.
- Recovery - Cryotherapy, Myofascial.
- Injury Reduction - Mobility, Prehab.
2. Return to Sport/Performance Rehabilitation
- Available for after injury diagnosis and initial injury rehabilitation.
- RTS = Returned to desired sport but not yet back to the standard prior to injury.
- RTP = Returned to level of performance prior to injury.
3. Enhanced Injury Reduction
- Improved ability to transfer energy through joints and minimise energy leaks.
- Prehab.
- Mobility.
- Force Absorption.
- Strengthening.
